Condition: Previously owned, good condition for the type item and age. Observations are its one of the better MAC parts manuals for sale. Very little writing, some discoloration on front cover. More stain on back cover and a corner torn. Page dates from 1947 to 1950. Original assessment was these had been stored in a dirty shop (radiator, welding, other) environment and that was the reason for stains, other conditions issues. However as I sorted I now believe that some were in a smoke and/or fire environment. See photographs for your own assessment of condition.
